"Cute shoes, just a little different than I expected"
I’d say these fit true to size, though they felt a tiny bit snug when I first put them on. I wore them around the house for a bit and they loosened up enough to feel much better. The heel was a little higher than I was expecting, so there was a bit of an adjustment for me, but they were still comfortable enough for a night out. They’re not absolutely perfect, but overall I’m happy with them.

"Way lighter than they look"
I ordered these from pleasershoes.com i was a little nervous because the platforms look chunky in the pictures. I know that’s kind of the point with this style, but I still didn’t want to end up with shoes that felt like bricks, especially since I actually planned on wearing them for more than just a quick try-on.
Thankfully, they’re much lighter than I expected. I wore them around for a few hours and never felt like I was clomping around or dragging my feet. Shipping was fine too, no issues there. I feel like I made the right call getting them, so 5 stars from me.

"I accidentally ordered the wrong size the first…"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size the first time, which was totally on me, but still annoying because nobody wants to deal with returns. I was kind of bracing myself for some huge hassle, forms, delays, all that nonsense. But the return form was super straightforward and the exchange got handled quickly. The new pair showed up in good shape and actually fit the way they should. The only thing is you do have to keep an eye on the timing, which is a little irritating, but overall it was much easier than I expected.

"Looked great, but felt like a bait and switch"
I really wanted to love these shoes because they look super cute in person, but once I actually tried walking around in them, it was a different story. The heel felt kind of wobbly and not nearly as stable as I expected, which gave me a bit of a bait-and-switch feeling. They seem like they’d be fine if you’re just wearing them for a short time, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting them for a full night out. For the price, I was really expecting them to feel more solid and secure.

I ordered a pair of heels from pleasershoes.com i was so relieved when I opened the box and saw they were the exact size, color, and style I picked. I kind of had that instant “oh thank goodness” reaction because I needed them for an event and was worried something might get mixed up. Shipping wasn’t crazy fast, but it was fine. The box had a small dent, but the shoes themselves were totally okay. Taking off one star because the tracking updates could’ve been better

I was actually kind of surprised that the shipping didn’t end up being super expensive. Even after delivery was added, the total still felt reasonable, which isn’t always the case when ordering shoes online. My order showed up just fine too, so overall I’m happy with it.

Not gonna lie, ordering from pleasershoes for the first time was way easier than I expected. I found my size quickly, checkout went through without any problems, and the confirmation email showed up right away. No confusing steps or weird issues at all. I haven’t received the shoes yet, but the ordering process itself was smooth

"Much easier to clean than my other shoes"
These are easy to keep clean compared to a lot of shoes I’ve had. After wearing them out, I usually just give them a quick wipe down and they look fine again. They do need a little care, but nothing too annoying.

"A Little Disappointed With the Details"
The shoes looked close to the pictures and the heel height was what I expected, so I’ll give them that. But I was a bit disappointed when they arrived because the color looked different in person, and the material felt cheaper than I thought it would based on the description. The sizing info was somewhat helpful, but it could definitely be clearer. They’re not awful, but I do wish the listing had been more accurate before I ordered.

I got these for dancing and they feel way better than I thought they would. They look solid, the stitching is neat, and the material doesnt feel cheap at all. I’ve worn them a few times now and they still look almost new. Really happy with the quality so far.

i mean, I was happy with how my order from Pleaser Shoes showed up. The box still looked nice, no ripped corners or big dents, and the shoes were packed neatly inside with enough stuffing to keep them from getting squished. It actually arrived better than a lot of other stuff I’ve ordered online.

I was just happy they had the shoes I wanted in my size, since everywhere else seemed to be sold out. Ordering was quick and straightforward, which I appreciated. "Surprisingly solid grip"
I’ve worn these out a couple times now, once while running errands and once to a little indoor event with those super smooth floors, and the grip was better than I expected. I didn’t feel like I was sliding around, even when I was carrying a coffee and trying not to look clumsy. My only small complaint is that the sole could be a bit softer, especially after standing around for a while. Overall though, good.

"I really thought I was going to..."
I really thought I was going to love these heels because they look adorable in person, and when I first tried them on, I was excited.
But I just wore them recently, and that kind of ruined it for me. The straps felt flimsy and didn’t stay tight, so after a little bit of walking, one side kept slipping and I had to stop to fix it.
They might be fine if you’re just taking pictures, but based on my last experience with them, I wouldn’t trust them for a night out or anything with much walking or dancing. Disappointing for the price.

The shoes do look nice, and I was excited when they showed up. But the price felt kinda high for the quality. They’re not bad or anything, I just expected them to feel a little more solid for what I paid. Maybe I had my expectations too high, but yeah, they’re just okay imo.
